Just wanted to get started with a series of responsive blogs to answer questions about what we do differently in collision repair than other Body Shops. We have a 2010 Chevrolet Impala hit hard on the left rear by a large truck. We used factory recommended repair procedures to restore the vehicles safety systems and strength. This process is very important to your safety, if you have another collision we do not guess as how to restore its structure we follow proven and tested techniques developed by the manufacturer. We have been repairing cars properly for over 30 years.

 

Beware of Body Shops that work for insurers and come recommended by the same. I am not here to bash anyone, I have worked with all the Insurance carriers and some are just better to deal with than others. I don’t believe that cutting corners is the proper way to fix anybodies car, not even the same Insurers own vehicles should be short cutted period.

 

I am here for my customers and get along great with all Insurers as long as they do not short cut my customers repairs! I work for the customer period. When Insurers say my shop is not on their list, that just means that I won’t agree to cheap out or shortcut repairs on my customers vehicles period.
